Volleyball Recap: Chapel Hill Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chapel Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Springs Spartans. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

Chapel Hill started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-15, 18-15.

Chapel Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 7-19. As for North Springs, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-21.

Looking ahead, Chapel Hill will face off against Alexander at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. North Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
