Baseball Recap: Jena Giants vs. Oak Grove Tigers
Jena proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Oak Grove Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Giants have posted since March 1st.
Cayden Mursch was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. Another player making a difference was Jonas Jenkins, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
