 Copper Hills lost against Riverton back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The Copper Hills Grizzlies'  rough  16-5 defeat to the Riverton Silverwolves  might stick with them for a while. Copper Hills has struggled against Riverton recently, as their  game on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
  Jordyn Sheridan and  Anslie Yazzie did some serious damage despite the final result:  Sheridan  went 2-for-2 with two  RBI, while  Yazzie  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 On Riverton's side, they got a  massive  performance out of  Maggie Hamblin, who  fired off two  home runs, three  runs,  and four  RBI while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Tessa Hogue, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 4-for-5.
 Copper Hills now  has a losing record at 7-8. As for Riverton, the  win was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Copper Hills will  take on Herriman at 3:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Herriman is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 12.1  runs per game  this season. As for Riverton, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Bingham at 3:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Both teams will come into the  matchup having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes.
