Basketball Recap: East Marion Takes a Loss

East Marion lost against Enterprise two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The East Marion Eagles were dealt a 48-12 defeat at the hands of the Enterprise Yellowjackets.

East Marion's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Enterprise, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 16-9 record this season.

East Marion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Enterprise, they will square off against Lumberton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lumberton's defense has only allowed 28 points per game this season, so Enterprise's offense will have their work cut out for them.
