With a playoff win on the line, Kellam rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They beat the Menchville Monarchs by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for Kellam, who have now won seven matches in a row.

Kellam's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-1-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those seven games. As for Menchville, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-4.
