There's no place like home for Bagdad, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victor by an 18-1 margin over the Antelope Rams on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Sultans also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Tatum Jeans made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Jeans was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Anna Williams was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Bria Moseley was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3.
