Baseball Recap: Palmetto Takes a Loss

Palmetto fell victim to Miami Springs and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miami Springs Golden Hawks. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Palmetto got a good showing from Gian Carlos Nemer, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Palmetto now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Miami Springs, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Palmetto has already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Columbus on the 18th. As for Miami Springs, they will face off against Westminster Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
