Football Recap: ALA - Mesa North Piles Up the Points Against Arete Prep

While ALA - Mesa North put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Arete Prep. The Mavericks simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the CHARGERS 35-0. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Mavericks had established a 21-point advantage.

ALA - Mesa North has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 13 points this season. As for Arete Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, ALA - Mesa North is taking a road trip to take on Gilbert Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Arete Prep, they will take on Odyssey Institute at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
