Basketball Game Preview: Eastern Musketeers vs. Milan Indians

The Eastern Musketeers will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against the Milan Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Eastern lost to Borden at home by a 60-46 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Musketeers in their matchups with the Braves: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Milan's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a hard 83-64 fall against Batesville. The Indians were down 74-46 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Milan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Eastern took a serious blow against Milan in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 76-45. Can Eastern avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
