Volleyball Recap: Redwood Rangers vs. Mission College Prep Royals

Redwood and Mission College Prep squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Redwood had to settle for second. They came up short against the Royals, falling 3-0. The shutout was out of character for the Rangers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

While Redwood was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Mission College Prep's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 26-24.

Katelynn May paced Redwood's offense, picking up 13 kills. May got some help from Elise Minnick and her 12 assists. Jazmaine Stewart controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
