The Grundy County Yellowjackets will take on the Loretto Mustangs in a tournament on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Grundy County took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They blew past Lewis County, posting a 76-48 victory.

Meanwhile, Loretto put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past Community to the tune of 65-32. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 games by 22 points or more this season.

Loretto pushed their record up to 29-0 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.2 points. As for Grundy County, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.
