Baseball Recap: Brighton's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

Brighton won the last time they faced Bloomfield and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bruins won by a run and slipped past the Bombers 11-10.

Brighton's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-1. As for Bloomfield, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Brighton will challenge Webster Schroeder at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Bloomfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Red Jacket at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Red Jacket will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bloomfield surely won't give up without a fight.
