Basketball Recap: Rockledge's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Rockledge won the last time they faced Cocoa Beach, and Jazylle Bradley did her part to make sure it happened again. The Rockledge Raiders enjoyed a cozy 42-24 victory over the Cocoa Beach Minutemen on Thursday thanks in part to Bradley, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played.

Aiyana Sandy was another key player, putting up four points along with seven steals and five blocks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game.

Despite the loss, Cocoa Beach still got an impressive performance from Baylea Holland, who posted nine points and six boards. Raegan Fish also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Rockledge and bumps their season record up to 4-11. As for Cocoa Beach, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
