Soccer Recap: John Glenn Takes a Loss

After flying high against West Holmes on Saturday, John Glenn came back down to earth. The Little Muskies fell just short of the Dover Crimson Tornadoes by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but John Glenn couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Kendall Snider, who's now up to seven this season.

John Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2-2. As for Dover, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3-1.

Coming up, John Glenn will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Morgan at 7:00 p.m. John Glenn will be up against Morgan's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.88 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dover, they will head out to challenge Lexington at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
