Softball Recap: O'Bryant Tigers vs. Medway Mustangs
On Friday, it was a hard-fought contest, but the O'Bryant Tigers had to settle for a 4-3 defeat against the Medway Mustangs.
For Medway's part, Ava Fahey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits.
On the hitting side, Gracie Delucia was excellent, going 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and a triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Nina Pacella, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
O'Bryant now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Medway, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home.
