Recap: MTI School of Knowledge vs. GEO Next Generation Eagles
MTI School of Knowledge were the 53-27 winner over the GEO Next Generation Eagles when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. MTI School of Knowledge lost to GEO Next Generation on the road by a decisive 51-37 margin on Monday. MTI School of Knowledge has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
GEO Next Generation got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Antonio Wilson Jr. out in front who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of De'Shon Fleming, who scored ten points.
MTI School of Knowledge's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for GEO Next Generation, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-1.
MTI School of Knowledge will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Indianapolis Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on December 22nd. As for GEO Next Generation, they will head out on the road to face off against International at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
