Soccer Recap: Cohoes Comes Up Short

Cohoes lost against Voorheesville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers came up short against the Blackbirds, falling 6-0. Cohoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cohoes now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Voorheesville, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cohoes will welcome La Salle Institute at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Voorheesville, they will take on Coxsackie-Athens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Voorheesville's defense better be ready for this one: Coxsackie-Athens have averaged an impressive 5.8 goals per game this season.
