Riverside is a perfect 3-0 against Gaffney since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Warriors will look to defend their home pitch against the Indians at 6:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Gaffney will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Riverside extended their winning streak to three on Wednesday. The Warriors never let James F. Byrnes get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Riverside's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Landry Franklin, who's now up to three this season.

Meanwhile, Gaffney can bid farewell to their 13-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They beat Woodruff by a goal, winning 3-2.

Riverside's victory bumped their record up to 9-4-1. As for Gaffney, their win bumped their record up to 4-13.

Everything went Riverside's way against Gaffney in their previous meeting back in March, as Riverside made off with a 6-0 victory. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
