There's no place like home for Eastside, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the Smith Academy Fighting 54th 61-35 on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Blazers in their matchups with the Fighting 54th: they've now won four in a row.

Nolan Baker was nothing short of spectacular: he went 8-for-12 to rack up 19 points along with seven boards and five blocks. Quentin Dickerhoff was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to six rebounds and four blocks.

The win got Eastside back to even at 1-1. As for Smith Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastside will welcome Fort Wayne Canterbury at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Smith Academy, they will host Noble-Whitley Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
