Basketball Recap: Cabrini Takes a Loss

Cabrini lost against Benjamin Franklin on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cabrini Crescents might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 53-43 to the Benjamin Franklin Falcons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Crescents have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cabrini's defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Benjamin Franklin, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-13.

Cabrini will challenge Morris Jeff at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Morris Jeff's defense has only allowed 26.2 points per game this season, so Cabrini's offense will have their work cut out for them. Benjamin Franklin has already played their next match (against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
