Soccer Recap: Corcoran Takes a Loss

Corcoran's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Farmersville Aztecs by a score of 2-1. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Corcoran's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Farmersville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1-1.

Corcoran and Avenal will round out the year against one another at at 3:30 p.m. on December 27th. Farmersville will take on Coalinga in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
