Oak Grove barely beat Central Davidson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Grizzlies put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won seven in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Oak Grove took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-15.

Chloe Smith had a dynamite game, getting 18 digs and two assists.

Oak Grove's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Central Davidson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Grove will challenge Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Davidson, they will take on Carson at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
