Two Roads Charter School hadn't done well against Golden View Classical Academy recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Falcons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sentinels, sneaking past 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Sentinels two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Two Roads Charter School was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-21, 19-25, 25-18, 15-9.

Savanah Bromiel paced Two Roads Charter School's offense, picking up 22 kills. Bromiel got some help from Hannah Lehner and her 18 assists. Erica Vincent controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Two Roads Charter School's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Golden View Classical Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

Two Roads Charter School has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Addenbrooke Classical Academy on the 21st. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they will welcome Twin Peaks Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
