Ledford's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Northern Guilford on Thursday. The Ledford Panthers blew past the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks 16-2. Considering the Panthers have won four matchups by more than 13 runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Hailey Hoots was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.
