It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lindhurst can now relate to. They lost 17-1 to the Linden Lions on Wednesday. The Blazers' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Lindhurst saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gisele Thao, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Lindhurst's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Linden, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Lindhurst does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Linden, they will challenge Calaveras at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Hawks' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Lions' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
