Baseball Recap: UME Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short

UME Preparatory Academy lost against DasCHE on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The UME Preparatory Academy EAGLES took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the DasCHE Spartans. The EAGLES have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

UME Preparatory Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason McCoy, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another was Juan Arias Gomez, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

UME Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for DasCHE, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Looking ahead, UME Preparatory Academy will square off against Grace Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for DasCHE, they will challenge Dallas HSAA Red at 7:00 p.m. on March 4th. DasCHE is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.
