Wild Rose is 0-9 against Pacelli since September of 2017 but things could change  on Tuesday. The Wildcats will host the Cardinals  at 7:00  p.m. Wild Rose will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
It was a proper cat-fight when Wild Rose duked it out with Bowler on Monday. The Wildcats blew past the Panthers 3-0.
 The  3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Wild Rose was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-12,  25-14.
Meanwhile, Pacelli entered their  contest against Amherst  on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Cardinals fell just short of the Falcons by a score of  3-2.
 Pacelli actually scored more points across those five sets (109-106), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 17-25, 25-23, 25-22,  15-13.
 Defeat or not, Pacelli got some senior leadership from  Annie Vaughan and  Sami Sankey.  Vaughan  had 37  digs and four  aces, while  Sankey  had 11  digs and two  aces. Sankey also set a new season-high mark in assists with 22. Another player making a difference was  Peyton Zdroik, who  had 22  assists and 13  digs.
 Pacelli's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Wild Rose, they now  have a winning record of 7-6.
 Wild Rose might still be hurting after the  3-0 defeat they got from Pacelli  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024. Will the Wildcats have more luck at home instead of on the road?
