Soccer Recap: Spring Valley Takes a Loss

Spring Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the John Jay Patriots. Spring Valley were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced John Jay earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Spring Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-1. As for John Jay, their win bumped their record up to 4-1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spring Valley will welcome North Rockland at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Jay, they will look to defend their home pitch on the 20th against New Rochelle at 5:00 p.m.
