It's playoff time, and Dixon had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Hughson Huskies on Friday as the Dixon Rams made off with a 10-0 victory. The Rams' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last nine matches.

Their offense was hitting Hughson from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Cooper Ngo led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

Dixon is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 69 goals over those 11 contests. As for Hughson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.

Looking ahead, Dixon will square off against Livingston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Livingston will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Dixon surely won't give up without a fight. Hughson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
