Soccer Game Preview: Hernando vs. Pasco + How To Watch

Hernando is 0-10 against Pasco since December of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Leopards will venture away from home to face off against the Pirates at 8:00 p.m. Hernando has given up an average of 5.2 goals per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hernando fell victim to Nature Coast Tech and their airtight defense on Monday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Sharks an easy 8-0 victory. While losing is never fun, Hernando can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 604th, while Nature Coast Tech are ranked 211th).

Meanwhile, Pasco hadn't done well against Wiregrass Ranch recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Pirates walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bulls. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Pasco.

Pasco's record now sits at 6-9-1. As for Hernando, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9-2.

Hernando might still be hurting after the 8-0 loss they got from Pasco when the teams last played back in November. Can the Leopards avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
