Volleyball Game Preview: West Platte Bluejays vs. Plattsburg Tigers

The West Platte Bluejays will venture away from home to square off against the Plattsburg Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Platte managed to slip by Rock Port the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bluejays came up short against the Blue Jays on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Plattsburg came up short against Northland Christian on Monday and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 23-25, 25-15.

West Platte has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-14-2 record this season. As for Plattsburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-7-2.

West Platte couldn't quite get it done against Plattsburg in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Bluejays avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
