Union proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by eight) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their defense stepped up to hand the Kentridge Chargers a 1-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Titans also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Union's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Kentridge, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.

Looking ahead, Union will welcome Kelso at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kentridge, they will challenge Sumner at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kentridge's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
