Massaponax extends home winning streak to 19

Recap: Massaponax Panthers vs. Mountain View Wildcats

In what's become a running theme this season, the Massaponax Panthers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Mountain View 63-19 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Massaponax who now have 11 in a row.

It was another big night for Takiera Ramey, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine assists. Ramey is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jada Johnson, who scored 11 points along with three steals.

Massaponax's win was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Mountain View, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11.

Massaponax has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 597 points over their last nine games. As for Mountain View, they will be playing at home against Colonial Forge at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
