Soccer Preview: Big Spring Takes on Littlestown

The Big Spring Bulldogs will face off against the Littlestown Thunderbolts at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Big Spring is headed into Wednesday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They fell 2-0 to West York Area on Tuesday. The shutout was certainly out of character for Big Spring, seeing as the last time the team was held without a goal was September 5th.

While Littlestown's fans didn't get a definitive result on Tuesday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. Neither they nor Fairfield could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Big Spring's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-2. With that draw, Littlestown's record moves to 5-3-5.
