Football Recap: Memorial Takes a Loss

Memorial fell victim to Edison and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Eagles and fell 64-0. The loss continues a trend for the Chargers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Edison, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Memorial and Edison will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Chargers will take on rival Nathan Hale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Edison is set to challenge their familiar foe Bishop Kelley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
