Baseball Game Preview: Hobbs Eagles vs. Clovis Wildcats

For the second straight game, Hobbs will face off against Clovis. The Eagles will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. Hobbs is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

Hobbs is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 11 runs on Thursday, they were much more limited against Clovis on Tuesday. They fell 6-2 to the Wildcats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
