Soccer Recap: Shiloh Takes a Loss

Shiloh managed to keep up with Duluth until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Generals came up short against the Wildcats, falling 11-3.

Makenzy Dixon and Ameliah Dixon scored all three of Shiloh's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 32 goals.

Shiloh dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Duluth, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Shiloh will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rockdale County at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Duluth, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-1 victory against Peachtree Ridge on the 3rd.
