Hondo entered their tilt with Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Owls have posted since October 1, 2024.

Hondo had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-20, 15-10.
