Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Cooper Simmons stepped things up a notch to give Buffalo Gap the 'W'. Simmons was dialed in as he scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. He was up against Stonewall Jackson and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them last Tuesday. Simmons is becoming a predictor of Buffalo Gap's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 3-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).
