Ripon is a perfect 3-0 against Sonora since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Indians will host the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Ripon didn't have quite enough to beat Orestimba and fell 2-1. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ripon saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clara Townsend, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Sonora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of Hilmar.

Ripon's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 7-7. As for Sonora, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Everything went Ripon's way against Sonora in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Ripon made off with an 8-0 victory. Do the Indians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
