Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Peoria Christian walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 61-30 win over the Illini Central Cougars. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 contests by 25 points or more this season.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Peoria Christian, bringing their record for this year to 26-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Illini Central, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-17.
