Basketball Recap: Fenway Falls Short of Ware in the Playoffs

Fenway and Ware squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Fenway had to settle for second. They took a 45-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ware Indians. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

The defeat snapped Fenway's winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 11-10 record. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.2 points over those games. As for Ware, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-5.
