Volleyball Recap: Lakeside Christian Takes a Loss

Lakeside Christian lost against Admiral Farragut last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lions fell just short of the BlueJackets by a score of 3-2.

Lakeside Christian took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 21-25, 25-17, 15-7.

Lakeside Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. As for Admiral Farragut, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Lakeside Christian will head out to square off against Academy at the Lakes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Admiral Farragut, they will face off against Universal Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
