Football Recap: Schroon Lake Skates Past Northern Adirondack with Ease

It was a proper cat-fight when Schroon Lake challenged Northern Adirondack on Thursday. The Wildcats breezed past the Bobcats to the tune of 38-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Schroon Lake didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Hannah Thompson, Emily Thompson, and Briella Emmert picked up one apiece.

Schroon Lake has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Northern Adirondack, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Schroon Lake will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bobcats: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on the 28th.
