West Plains entered their tilt with Wimberley on Saturday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Texans.

West Plains' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Idaly Sotelo led the charge by getting 20 digs and two assists. Another player making a difference was CC Murillo, who had eight assists and seven digs.

West Plains' victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Wimberley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-5.
