Howard strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Reservoir 'Gators with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

While Howard won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-18, 25-22.

Howard was led to victory by Miranda Ball and Jojo Vassor. Ball had 19 digs and three aces, while Vassor had eight digs. That's the most digs Ball has posted since back in November of 2024.

Howard's victory bumped their record up to 17-0. As for Reservoir, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2.

Coming up, Howard will venture away from home to face off against Broadneck at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Reservoir, they will challenge Annapolis on Tuesday.
