Ossining has been on the road for five straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. After both having extra time off, they and the New Rochelle Huguenots will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 4:30 p.m. Ossining will be strutting in after a win while New Rochelle will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Tuesday, everything went Ossining's way against Port Chester as Ossining made off with a 3-0 victory.
The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-18.
Meanwhile, New Rochelle was not able to break out of their rough patch back in September as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell just short of Ossining by a score of 1-0.
In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, New Rochelle sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-22.
Ossining pushed their record up to 17-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for New Rochelle, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
