Baseball Recap: Worthington Takes a Loss

Worthington fell victim to Marshall and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Tigers. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 11-1.

Worthington's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Marshall, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Coincidentally, Worthington and Marshall will both be playing St. Peter the next time they take the field. The Trojans will host the Saints at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
