Centennial kept a clean sheet against St. Thomas More on Monday. They came out on top against the Sabers by a score of 2-0. Centennial have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw St. Thomas More, too.

Alicia Fernandez and Evelyn Hernandez-Ruiz scored both of Centennial's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 18 goals.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 7-4-1. As for St. Thomas More, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will challenge Danville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Danville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Centennial surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Thomas More, they will take on St. Teresa at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
