Soccer Recap: South Sioux City Takes a Loss

South Sioux City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the Elkhorn Antlers. If South Sioux City were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to Elkhorn when the teams met back in April of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

South Sioux City's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elkhorn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. South Sioux City will square off against rival Gross Catholic on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Elkhorn is set to take on their familiar foe Norfolk at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
